Meet Lita
Lita Mae Button is a former registered nurse, fitness coach, and former professional boxer with 25+ years helping people get stronger in body, mind, and spirit. She’s trained alongside Olympians, supported clients through chronic illness, and coached women over 50 to reclaim their energy, strength, and confidence. Her approach blends clinical insight with bold coaching to help people choose fierce over fragile at every stage of life.
